What is Ticketmatic?

Ticketmatic allows you to buy online tickets for a huge range of events. Once you have paid, you then print the tickets yourself. This means you do not have to wait for them in the post as you can print them out immediately. Each ticket has its own, unique barcode which will allow you to access the event. You no longer have to wait in line at the event itself either, you can go straight in.

How does Ticketmatic work?

Buy tickets online in four easy steps:

  1. Choose the required number of tickets on the order page
  2. Enter your personal details
  3. Pay using a safe payment method
  4. Once your payment is accepted, you can then print the tickets right away.

Take your printed ticket to the event. Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance and you will be allowed in.

What payment methods are offered?

You can pay for your tickets with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by bank transfer. If you pay via credit card, you can print your tickets immediately. If you pay via bank transfer, you will be able to print your tickets once your payment has been processed.

What will I see on my credit card statement?

Your statement will display the text: 'Ticketmatic'

Can I buy a ticket if I don’t have a printer?

Yes, after purchasing your ticket you will receive a confirmation e-mail which you can send to someone who does have a printer. They can then print the ticket for you.

Is the ticket protected against fraud?

Each ticket contains several security elements. At the entrance to the event concerned, your ticket will be scanned electronically in order to check that it is genuine. There is no point faking or copying a ticket.

I have ordered too many tickets, can I have a refund?

No. By making the payment you are approving the purchase of the relevant number of tickets. Tickets cannot be returned.

Can I exchange tickets?

No, you cannot exchange tickets.

What happens with my personal details?

The organiser will process your details with the necessary care and confidentiality. Read more about this on the organiser’s website.

I can’t print my tickets.

  1. Check whether you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
  2. Check whether your printer is on and connected to your computer.
  3. Check whether your printer has sufficient memory available and close the programs you are not using.

I have not received my e-mail allowing me to print the tickets.

In some cases, the e-mail with the link to your tickets will end up in your junk-mail folder. You could also have provided an incorrect e-mail address or entered it incorrectly by accident. If, after 48 hours of placing your order, you have not received an e-mail, please contact us on

I have lost my tickets or ripped, crinkled or folded them.

The confirmation e-mail provides you with a link that means you can simply print your tickets again. Your ticket grants you access to the event. The unique barcode will be electronically scanned at the entrance. It is vital that your ticket is not ripped, crinkled or folded in order for this scan to work successfully.

Can I print my tickets on any type of paper?

No, only tickets printed on A4 format paper are valid.
